The Young Street Yappers is a fun downtown Dallas Toastmasters Club.   

Achieve Success Through Effective Communication!

All levels of speaking skills welcome.

The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. You will develop confidence as your skills advance. You will contribute to as well as learn from others.

And all Yappers were proud of her participating in the International Toastmasters World Champion of Public Speaking Contest 2007, in Phoenix.

We have the Area Governor visit scheduled for September 2, 2008 (day after federal holiday, folks). Governor Sarfaraz is someone you will enjoy meeting. Also, don't foreget the Fall contest, Evaluation and Humorous Speeches. It will be a laugh. Plan to attend. See contest flyer (link).

Our meetings are held in a federal building. you will need to pass through security (need an ID badge/guest badge--bring ID--drivers license/other).
Guards leave at 6 PM, so no access to the building after that without an access-abled ID badge.
We LOVE Guests!
Please arrive before 5:30 PM meeting start for "Meet & Greet" and to pass through security.
 

For those members and guests traveling in from outside the building, consider calling the Toastmaster of the evening, or one of the club officers, to make sure there isn't a weather or other reason for cancellation.  Thanks.
