TLIWinter Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) 2012 is quickly approaching so
we need to be sure to spread the word and remind club officers to attend training. Club Officers training is extremely important
for both annual and semi-annual clubs because without properly trained officers, clubs cannot meet members' needs or introduce
the benefits of Toastmasters to others. For clubs that elect officers annually, this second training provides benefits such
as giving officers the opportunity to discuss any problems they may be having, getting advice from district leaders and networking
with officers of other clubs. For clubs electing semi-annually, this training allows newly-elected officers to learn their
roles and responsibilities, to meet district leaders who can help them during their term and to get new ideas about how to
